My Priorities for Pasadena

Assess the city's budget, infrastructure projects, leadership structure, and workflows while streamlining the permitting process for residents, contractors, and businesses.  

Implement technology solutions with the IT team to improve access to city services, making processes more user-friendly online and via smartphones. 

Require department heads to develop improvement plans based on public feedback to enhance city services.

Form a city beautification committee to recommend and implement improvements.

Continuously review policies and initiatives to ensure efficient, effective, and responsible city operations.
